Oriental Rug Ziegler Asla 100×153 cm

Ziegler Asla: a hand-knotted oriental rug from Afghanistan. Size 100×153 cm. Each piece is unique and comes with a certificate of authenticity from Said Tappeti in Cagliari.

Ziegler rugs are high-quality oriental carpets, known for their refined design and use of soft, natural colors. They take their name from the Swiss-British company Ziegler & Co., which at the end of the 19th century began producing carpets in Persia (modern-day Iran) with a style more suited to Western tastes. Today, Ziegler rugs are no longer produced in Persia, but mainly in Pakistan and Afghanistan, where they are still handmade following traditional techniques. Suitable for any environment, from the entrance to the hallway, from the bedroom to the living room/lounge (zar-o-nim collection).
