Ziegler rugs are named after the Swiss-British company Ziegler & Co., which in the 19th century began producing Persian rugs on commission for the Western market, mainly in Iran (in the Sultanabad region, now Arak). Today, Ziegler rugs are also produced in Afghanistan and Pakistan, following the original style but with some variations in materials and production techniques. Suitable for any environment, from the entrance to the hallway, from the bedroom to the living room/lounge (Zar-o-Nim collection).
