The Multan rugs come from the eponymous city in Punjab, Pakistan, known for its long artisanal tradition. They are made from wool, cotton, or a combination of both materials, sometimes with silk details. The patterns include floral designs, arabesques, and central medallions, with richly decorated borders. Typical colors are warm and intense, such as red, blue, cream, and gold. They are hand-knotted with the Persian knot, which ensures strength and durability. Suitable for any environment, from the entrance to the hallway, from the bedroom to the living room/lounge (Zar-o-Nim collection).
